CareerJoy contracted Third Storey Productions to produce a series of podcasts from a collection of phone interview recordings made during the research phase of a book project. The interviews varied in audio quality and content focus.

Third Storey was required to make production decisions to ensure that interviews ranging in length from thirty-five to sixty-five minutes stayed on topic, that episode lengths did not exceed thirty minutes and that the clarity of the phone recordings was improved so that listeners could understand and enjoy the conversations.

Twenty-six episodes were produced.
